I'll be giving my IELTS exam next month (August 2019). I wanted to know, which one from the above is the most recent ones to practice. I believe there are academic reading components from Cambridge University paper press as well, so which ones will be the most recent ones, I mean the 13th and 14th edition if they are present!
I am going through the tests and I am getting a band score 6, my target is 7 or more. I have gone through the strategies but just not getting it right.

Depends on your goal, if you want to go for study purpose then you have to take academic and if you want to apply for PR or work visa then general
